We are lucky enough to be the only Health Professionals given the opportunity to work within the new and hugely impressive PARC (Peninsula Aquatic and Recreation Centre) complex in Frankston.
With access to all that the centre has to offer, we aim to be a service that you feel comfortable referring to your family and friends – not only for pain relief, but improved physical and athletic performance.
We take great joy in promoting the idea that it’s a basic human right to be both pain free and dysfunction free, which drives us to not only help you through your current complaints, but work to solve them entirely.
Are you able to do all the basic activities that the human body is capable of?
Can you run? Can you enjoy your life without fear of injury and dysfunction?
Well you should be able to, and it shouldn’t feel unreasonable to think that.
Almost all musculoskeletal issues are completely preventable. Almost EVERY single one. If it’s not congenital, excessively traumatic or systemic, the chances are we can do better. And you can feel better.
We aim to deal in results – not promises – so that we can each see what is going on, why it’s happening and what needs to change for it to never return. We find that our open and honest approach is extremely helpful for those who’ve had persistent problems but are yet to see those results.
It is important to know that if you are already seeing someone for treatment of an issue, and you are not seeing a change, then you may not be making one. It’s important to have a high standard, one which we should also be held to.
We work very hard clinically to consistently evolve our thinking about what constitutes the best and most effective Physiotherapy treatment and advice.
We try to use our BLOG as a way of being open, honest and consistently transparent about the type of information we discuss in-rooms with our patients, in the hope that it may assist those dealing with similar issues.
We draw heavily from the latest research, the latest thinking and our own clinical adventures to present what we perceive as relevant, accurate and effective information for our patients and readers to consume.
We want to be a service that gives you the confidence that you can FEEL BETTER, MOVE BETTER, and ultimately PERFORM BETTER.
